Little School Witch.

Here is a Halloween picture of the cute little witch Katomi Kanou Seto As she floats on her broom above Tawashi. But why did she take off one of her shoes?

Katomi: Trick or Treat! smell my feet or give me something good to eat. 

Of course....Lucky for us her feet don't smell too bad.
